Job Title: Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Position Summary: The Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by executing marketing initiatives, managing digital channels, and supporting revenue generation across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) segments. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts across multiple locations in Canada and the United States, ensuring consistency in brand messaging while adapting to regional market needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance content development, sales support, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Development
- Develop, create, and publish engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (primarily Facebook and Instagram), ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all locations
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, seasonal campaigns, and regional initiatives across Canada and the U.S.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy while addressing local market needs
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital campaigns using SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content and campaign performance accordingly
Social Media Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Stay current on social media trends and best practices to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, campaigns, and company updates across regions
Sales & Customer Engagement (B2B and B2C)
- Support and participate in both B2B and B2C sales activities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and issuing accurate and timely customer quotes
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Maintain customer records and coordinate follow-ups to ensure a high level of customer service
- Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and customers as required
Tradeshow & Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and coordinate participation in tradeshows and industry events across Canada and the U.S.
- Manage event logistics, including booth setup, marketing materials, promotional items, and scheduling
- Support on-site execution and post-event follow-up activities
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
- Provide administrative support to marketing and sales functions
- Assist with reporting, lead tracking, and CRM system maintenance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and initiatives
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordination role
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Working knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles and best practices for website and digital content optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and content management systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics, SEO performance tracking, and reporting
- Experience coordinating events or tradeshows
- Experience supporting multi-location or cross-border (Canada/U.S.) operations

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
