What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving business growth through proactive strategies and daily execution
- Driving Daily appointment targets to keep the showroom buzzing
- Leading by example with a hands-on, high-energy approach that motivates your team
- Setting and achieving sales and financial goals with clear action plans
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring a dynamic sales team to exceed expectations
- Overseeing efficient operation of the sales floor and finance office
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to elevate performance
- Staying ahead of industry trends, technology, and best practices
- Managing CRM processes and ensuring high CSI/NPS scores
- Appraising and pricing pre-owned inventory with confidence and accuracy
- Navigating retail financing options, including PRIME and NON-PRIME solutions
- Negotiating deals and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Proven Sales Management experience in automotive retail
- A strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on appointments and conversions
- Deep understanding of vehicle appraisals and pricing strategies
- Expertise in retail financing, including subprime solutions
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building
- Valid VSA License and Driver’s License
