Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Packer & Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves both warehouse packing duties and operating production machinery. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, physically fit, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Packing
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Wrap, label, seal, and palletise goods for dispatch.
- Inspect products for quality and correct quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organised packing area.
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries when required.
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged items.
Machine Operation
- Operate production or packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up, start, stop, and adjust machines as needed.
- Monitor machine performance and report faults or downtime.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure production output meets quality standards.
- Record daily production data.
Qualifications & Experience NeededEssential
- Previous warehouse or packing experience (even 3–6 months is acceptable).
- Basic machine operation experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift 15–25 kg and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic English reading skills to follow labels, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Understanding of workplace safety (PPE, manual handling, lock‑out procedures).
- Ability to use basic warehouse tools such as pallet jacks, trolleys, scales, and scanners.
Pay: $22.00-$24.57 per hour
