As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced, responsible, and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and support our projects in the Edmonton area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site construction crews.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding project status, site issues, and scheduling.
- Assist in developing construction schedules and coordinating site resources.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve deficiencies to minimize rework.
- Manage material deliveries, site inventory, and daily site documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, property management, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in construction site management.
- Experience in commercial renovation projects is preferred, particularly in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or office fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Canadian driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
