Position: F&I Specialist – Full Time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled F&I Specialist to oversee all aspects of the financing and insurance process. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales staff, and financial institutions to ensure seamless transactions while maximizing profitability. Your expertise in finance, compliance, and customer service will be essential in driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Present financing options and related products to customers.

Process finance transactions and ensure % compliance with province laws and regulations.

Maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers to optimize product offerings.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to financing and insurance.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.

Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of two (2) years as a Financial Services Manager

Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership experience
-
Current OMVIC License
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
Previous Nissan / Infiniti experience an asset.
