Through interactive storytelling, role play, songs, and conversation, our instructors bring beloved fairy tale princesses to life while inspiring children to develop confidence and a love for English.

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and expressive Online Children's English & Drama Instructors to join our Princess Tea Party team.
In this role, you will teach fun and engaging 30-minute live online English classes, portraying different princess characters while helping young learners develop their English speaking, listening, reading, and communication skills.
This is the perfect opportunity for educators who enjoy working with children, storytelling, theatre, or performance.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging 30-minute online English classes for children ages 4–9
- Bring fairy tale stories to life through expressive storytelling, role play, songs, and interactive discussions
- Encourage students to build confidence in speaking English through fun and immersive activities
- Create a warm, energetic, and supportive online classroom environment
- Dress and perform as assigned princess characters during lessons (costumes provided)
- Arrive camera-ready with professional princess makeup for each teaching day
- Deliver a positive, professional, and memorable learning experience for every student
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Drama, Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred
- Passionate about working with young children
- Comfortable performing, acting, storytelling, or role-playing on camera
- Energetic, expressive, and confident teaching in an online environment
- Experienced in teaching young learners (Early Childhood, Elementary, ESL, Drama, Music, or related experience preferred.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality classes
- Equipped with a stable internet connection and a professional teaching environment
Schedule
- Students are based in Asia
- Classes are primarily scheduled during Eastern Time early mornings and evenings
- Weekday and weekend teaching opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability
- Instructors are not expected to be available at all times
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–40/hour, based on experience
- Additional 30-minute paid makeup allowance once per teaching day
- Company-provided princess costumes
- No lesson planning required — all lesson materials, picture books, and teaching guides are provided
