About Us
Motion Works Physiotherapy Orleans is a physiotherapist-owned and managed clinic located inside the Ottawa Medical Group, East Ottawa’s largest women’s health centre. Our clinic receives a steady flow of orthopedic & pelvic floor referrals (all ages) and provides a fun, supportive, team-focused environment where you can grow your career.
We proudly welcome new graduates who are interested in pelvic health, especially those located in east Ottawa. If you have the passion, we will provide the training, mentorship, and funding to help you build confidence quickly.
What We Offer

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 physiotherapy care to clients (no PTAs).
- Manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
- Dry needling, TMJ, vestibular/concussion training is an asset, but not required.
- Appointment lengths: 60-min assessments, 30–60 min follow-ups.
- No OHIP/WSIB/Motor Vehicle.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced ortho / pelvic physiotherapists.
- New grads interested in pelvic health.
- Clinicians completing pelvic courses and seeking a full-time career in Women's health, pelvic floor function (funding available).
Requirements
- Registered Independent License (or eligible) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Positive, collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Interest in learning and long-term career growth.
Work Environment
You will work inside the Ottawa Medical Group building, alongside:
- 14+ OB/GYNs & Urologists
- 2 teams of Family physicians
- A fertility clinic
- Imaging, BioTest lab, and pharmacy services
This ensures a constant and reliable referral base and traffic.
