Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and professional Driving Instructors, both male and female, to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for guiding new drivers through the learning process, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving skills. Duties
- Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels in accordance with safety standards and curriculum guidelines
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and progress
- Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to help students improve their driving techniques
- Monitor student performance and ensure they meet all licensing requirements before testing
- Maintain a safe, professional, and encouraging learning environment
- Keep accurate records of each lesson, student progress, and assessments
- Stay updated on traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure instruction remains current and compliant
Qualifications
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred, especially in classroom or one-on-one settings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to connect with students and foster a positive learning experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
- Previous classroom experience or training in instructional techniques is a plus
