Daily Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your customers in-store experience by providing exceptional automotive repair service
- Write repair orders, share estimates, and timelines to manage customer expectations
- Prioritize required services, and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs each day.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technician's time is consistently sold and optimized.
