What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing general administrative support to multiple internal teams, including sales, service, production, human resources, accounting, and operations
- Participating in day-to-day operations (answer phones, manage inventory, order office supplies, general housekeeping, etc.) and hotel coordination
- Maintaining, creating, and organizing digital and paper files through shared resources including MS 365 applications and SharePoint
- Assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing of internal and external events
- Assisting the Service Manager by ensuring accurate job notes, completing crew check-outs, and supporting inspection and job-log report preparation and distribution
- Managing and stocking PPE inventory to ensure crews are fully equipped and compliant with safety requirements
- Perform other duties as required to support operational needs
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of experience working in an administrative support role
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An outgoing and friendly disposition with a strong focus on customer service
- Detail‑oriented work style with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi‑task and stay organized while managing a heavy workload
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced team environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay focused despite frequent interruptions
- An extraverted, confident personality with a good sense of humour
