Part-Time Condominium Cleaner – Fridays
J & C Commercial Cleaning is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to independently clean the common areas of three three-storey condominium buildings in the Kanata Lakes area.
Regular Schedule
- Fridays
- 7 hours per week
- Flexible start time between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning interior windows
- Sweeping and wet mopping
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning the common areas of all three buildings
Additional Hours
There are move-in or move-out cleans available for 6-8 hours (aprox 8 a year) . The successful applicant may also have opportunities to pick up additional shifts when other employees require coverage.
Requirements
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- A vehicle is strongly recommended because the location is not easily accessible by public transit
Full training is provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
