Harco Developments is seeking a field mechanic with experience in the Land Development Industry, who is familiar with the equipment we operate, and is capable of servicing and performing repairs out on site. The ideal candidate will have formal training in the trade, and will have the skills and knowledge relating to maintenance and repair of heavy duty equipment and vehicles.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience performing mechanical repairs on large and small equipment (ranging from small hand tools, to mid-sized lawn equipment, to large heavy duty equipment including dozers, excavators, etc.)
- Shop experience is an asset, but the ideal candidate will be competent and comfortable working in the field, in varying weather and site conditions
- Able to work Monday to Saturday; 7:00am-6:00pm; Seasonally
- Must be a team player, with the ability to work independently
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be physically fit
You must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to get to site. Transit is not available.
