- Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their experience and promoting salon offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products that complement the services provided.
Skills
- Proficient in various nail care techniques and treatments with 3 years experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
