WE ARE HIRING A LANDSCAPE CREW LEAD
Nature’s Barber Landscaping LTD is a professional, family-owned landscaping company in Vancouver looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Landscaper / Crew Lead.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be responsible for leading a crew, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.
We are NOT looking for someone who just wants a job — we are looking for someone who wants responsibility, consistency, and long-term growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on job sites
Organize daily work tasks and workflow
Ensure high-quality landscape maintenance and installation work
Communicate professionally with clients
Maintain efficiency, safety, and job site standards
Support, train, and guide crew members when needed
Hands-on landscaping work (this is not an office role)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous landscaping experience REQUIRED
Crew lead / leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong work ethic and high level of responsibility
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred (ability to drive work truck is a plus)
