Job Description
SohoConcept, a modern design furniture manufacturer is looking for a qualified Administrator/Customer Service.
The ideal candidate for our immediate position is a creative and enthusiastic administrative and customer service professional with at least 3 years experience and is proficient with QuickBooks. Furniture industry background is a plus.
The candidate will be responsible for our customer service/administration department for the Canadian headquarters overseeing several department tasks.
Administrator/Customer Service Professional will be responsible for:
Entering sales orders and quotes accurately and sending confirmations to clients
Arranging shipping logistics for orders being sent across Canada
Processing payments and invoices and recording in Quickbooks
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as payroll and government remittances
Using Quickbooks to keep track of account payable/receivable status
Assisting with development of client presentations, schemes and pricing
Responding to client requests in a timely manner via email and phone
Follow up calls/e-mails may be required for certain clients
Ordering office supplies and materials
Assisting management with various administrative requests regarding day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate needs to meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Must have minimum 3 years work experience in US or Canada
Experience with MS Office
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting program
Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Local candidates only
Ability to work quickly, accurately and meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
Attractive base salary offered + Commission structure after 3 months
