As a Financial Sales Representative, you will connect with individuals, families, and business owners to help them explore financial solutions that support their goals, protect their income, and create long-term financial stability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing professional relationships, and creating opportunities through education-based financial conversations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with prospective clients through referrals, networking events, social outreach, and community engagement
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' financial priorities and future objectives
- Introduce financial strategies designed to help clients manage risk, accumulate wealth, and prepare for major life milestones
- Develop and grow a personal client portfolio within the brokerage
- Build trust-based relationships through consistent communication and ongoing support
- Provide clients with information and guidance to help them make confident financial decisions
- Follow up with existing clients to review changing circumstances and identify new opportunities
- Participate in brokerage training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs
- Maintain detailed client records and activity reports using approved systems and technology
- Work toward personal production goals while delivering a high standard of client service

- Must be 18 years of age or older
