As Logistic Specialist, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
Ensure the accuracy of inventory data in the system in real time and in the correct location
Ensure the execution of the logistics plan for the sites under your responsibility
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of delivery dates
Foster collaboration between production and logistics partners
Ensure warehouse optimization
Implement the external warehouse management strategy
Ensure the implementation of a cycle counting process according to business rules
Ensure that standard operating procedures are understood and followed
You're a natural fit for Logistic Specialist if you have:

A professional diploma in logistics or a related field
5 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the various challenges involved in managing a complete supply chain
Good knowledge of laws and regulations of the transportation industry: Canada and U.S. considered an asset
Leadership skills and the ability to gain buy‑in from our plants for proposed solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and high personal and professional ethics
Strong analytical skills enabling sound decision‑making and effective prioritization
Rigor and agility to manage projects while considering scope, budgets, and deadlinesKnowledge of continuous improvement concepts and the ability to integrate them into your management approach
