Rockcliff Auto is looking for a motivated, numbers-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Assistant Finance Manager / Sales Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, customer communication, sales, and is eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is willing to learn, take initiative, and grow into a key role within our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager with financing applications and documentation
- Review customer information and lender requirements
- Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, text messages, and email
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and new leads to generate appointments and close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records and dealership databases
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Support the sales team when required
- Coordinate with lenders, customers, and dealership staff
- Learn dealership financing, compliance, and automotive products
- Help improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, administration, or customer service preferred
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- G2 or G Driver's License (Mandatory)
- OMVIC License is an asset
- Candidates willing to obtain OMVIC certification are encouraged to apply
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
