The Project Coordinator will coordinate work to complete production schedules and shipments to meet business goals successfully. The Project Coordinator will work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and shipping to fulfill client orders within the given timeframe.
Work Type: Full-time, On site (Monday to Friday), Permanent
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the local sales and overseas production teams to meet client expectations and internal team objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, fostering open communication channels.
- Assist in coordinating production schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Review and communicate production-related issues to clients, addressing concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and resolve questions and issues arising during the production process.
- Provide thorough reviews of production-related challenges and present alternative solutions to Account Managers and clients, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor and update production and shipment statuses, keeping clients informed.
- Proactively seek client feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the team to implement corrective actions and enhancements to enhance the client experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of Diploma, Post-secondary or above education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of PCB assembly and electronic components or Electronics Engineering is an asset.
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Project management skills or training would be an asset.
- Highly capable of multi-tasking, with minimal supervision
- Proven problem identification skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Pay: $54,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
