- University degree (ideally in a discipline relevant field e.g. digital health, health informatics, health administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- 5 + years demonstrated progressive and relevant experience in project management, preferably in digital platforms, education, healthcare, or technology environments, with increasing complexity and scope
- PMP is an asset
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is an asset
- Knowledge of the mental health and addictions sector is an asset
- Experience working on healthcare projects in a clinical setting
- Experience working on software implementations is required
- Experience working on training development and delivery projects is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across senior leaders
- Change management skills and experience are required
- Strong organization and planning skills required
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills are required
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt and manage changing priorities is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong experience with governance structures and executive reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities
- Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo or similar platforms)
- Experience with digital product implementation or platform scaling preferred
- Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $102,735.96 – $128,419.95 per year.
- Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $102,735.96 – $154,103.94 per year
