Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist experienced technicians in performing maintenance and repairs on various machinery. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive or mechanical field while contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist technician with routine maintenance, installations and inspections
- Help diagnose mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Gather tools and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Support the installation of parts and components as directed by technicians
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services completed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in an automotive or mechanical setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the mechanical field.
