Overview
We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing parts and accessories for their vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Maintain inventory of parts and accessories
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Process orders and handle order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Utilize sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient parts management
- Utilize Excel for inventory tracking and management
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette to assist customers professionally
- Sales experience to promote products and increase sales
- Knowledge of automotive repair to accurately identify parts needed
- Proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.25-$34.00 per hour
