Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to create a seamless dining experience.
- Answer guest inquiries and reservation requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Coordinate seating while maintaining the pace and rhythm of service throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with coats and personal belongings.
- Communicate effectively with managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and professional standards at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous experience in premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants.
- Understands that hospitality extends beyond service and into creating memorable experiences.
- Demonstrates professionalism, poise, and emotional intelligence.
- Communicates confidently and comfortably with guests from all walks of life.
- Takes pride in personal presentation and appearance.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
