Overview
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Personnel to join our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and improving the condition of residential and commercial properties. You’ll work in a hands-on, dynamic environment where your skills directly impact safety, functionality, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections and proactively identify repair or safety issues
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC-related tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management or staff
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Assist with renovation and upgrade projects as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Handyman, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between sites or procurement of supplies
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with safety protocols, basic painting, drywall repair, or HVAC certification
