Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanic / Shop Manager Trainee — who is not only skilled in repairs but also motivated to run and manage a shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities who wants to grow into a full Shop Manager role. Specialized knowledge of European vehicles is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, with a focus on European makes
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations and supervise other mechanics
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Perform inspections and recommend preventative maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate repair needs clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician
- Strong background with European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, etc.)
- Red Seal or equivalent certification required
- Proven leadership or shop management experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Desire to grow into a Shop Manager position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
