About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and professional French Teacher to join our growing team. The successful candidate will teach French language courses to students of various ages and proficiency levels, including beginners, intermediate, advanced learners, and students preparing for French proficiency examinations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive French language lessons.
- Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation skills.
- Prepare students for French examinations such as TEF, TCF, DELF, and DALF.
- Follow the curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials provided by the institution.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance records and student reports.
- Use educational technology and online learning platforms effectively.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate professionally with students and administration.
- Participate in teacher meetings and professional development activities when required.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, French, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French.
- Previous experience teaching French as a Second Language (FSL/FLE).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred
- Teaching certification or educational credentials.
- Experience preparing students for TEF, TCF, DELF, or DALF examinations.
- Experience teaching adults, international students, or online classes.
- Experience working in multicultural learning environments.
