Job Responsibilities: As a server at Ward One, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and informing guests about daily specials.
- Taking orders accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Providing recommendations for food and beverage pairings.
- Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience to address any needs or concerns.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables, dining and work areas.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
