Position Overview:
This dynamic and multifaceted role supports the daily operations and customer experience of Summit Vehicle Storage, Summit Airport Parking, and Horse Thief Vineyards.
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for customers, guests, corporate partners, and clients, helping create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience across all businesses. This role blends office administration, customer service, retail sales, event support, ecommerce coordination, merchandising, scheduling, and corporate account management.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, highly organized, adaptable, and excited to grow alongside a fast-evolving group of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet customers, guests, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Deliver
exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through professional email
communication.
● Maintain accurate digital records for vehicle storage, airport parking, retail operations,
memberships, and customer accounts.
● Assist customers with bookings, storage services, airport parking reservations, retail
purchases, memberships, and inquiries.
● Support retail wine sales, merchandise sales, and customer transactions at Horse Thief
Vineyards. Assist with merchandising displays, product presentation, and seasonal retail
setup.
● Coordinate schedules, bookings, deliveries, pickups, shuttle coordination, and service
appointments
● Assist with organizing calendars, operational priorities, and team communications.
Support day-to-day office organization and workflow management
● Assist with setup, coordination, and execution of vineyard events, tastings, weddings,
dinners, corporate functions, and seasonal experiences
● Assist with shipping, packaging, ecommerce fulfillment, and online order coordination
● Ensure operational systems and filing structures remain accurate and organized
● Support a high-quality guest experience across hospitality, retail, tourism, and service
operations
● Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and
financial organization. Support payroll administration using WagePoint.

● WagePoint payroll software

Compensation will range between $42,000-$50,000 per annum and will be based on
experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. This position offers strong long-term growth
