Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our vibrant property management team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with energy and professionalism. Afternoon and Weekend Work hours are required from onset.
Duties
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to showcase available properties and answer inquiries with clarity and enthusiasm
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to attract qualified applicants
- Negotiate lease terms, Discuss rental rates, and move-in dates to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to promote available units and increase visibility
- Manage administrative tasks such as processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a seamless leasing process and timely occupancy of units
- Maintain strong communication with tenants, prospects, and team members to foster positive relationships and resolve issues promptly
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
- Strong marketing acumen to effectively promote properties through creative campaigns and outreach efforts
- Knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures
- Proven administrative experience with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills that prioritize client satisfaction and relationship building
- Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and negotiate effectively
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
