**Heavy Duty Mechanic**
Revive Repairs Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We specialize in truck, trailer, tire, and automotive repair services. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and experienced in heavy-duty mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and diesel engines
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Repair and replace brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical components
- Troubleshoot engine, ABS, and electrical system issues
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and general mechanical repairs
- Repair wiring, lights, and air systems on trucks and trailers
- Conduct inspections according to Manitoba safety standards
- Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment efficiently
- Complete repair orders and maintain service records
- Assist with roadside service and emergency repairs when required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team
**Qualifications**
- Experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Strong knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Experience using diagnostic and repair tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s licence required; Class 1 licence is required
- Previous experience with truck, trailer preferred
