Junior Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative
English / Mandarin | Entry-Level Friendly
CanTrust Canada Insurance Services is growing and looking for a bilingual (English & Mandarin), motivated, and customer-focused Junior Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in the insurance industry. You will receive training and on-the-job support while assisting brokers and clients with day-to-day insurance service needs.
What You’ll Do
Insurance Customer Service (Primary Focus)
- Answer incoming calls and emails in English and Mandarin
- Assist clients with basic insurance inquiries and service requests
- Support brokers with policy documentation and administrative tasks
- Greet walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Help maintain an organized and professional front office
Billing & Administrative Support (Secondary)
- Assist with simple billing or payment questions
- Process payments when required
- Support internal tracking, follow-ups, and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (中文)
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Previous customer service or office experience is an asset, but not required
- RIBO license is an asset (or willingness to work toward one)
- Comfortable using computers; experience with Excel, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a plus
