We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. Duties
- Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules
- Load fabrics, threads, and design files accurately to ensure quality output
- Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred
- Knowledge of embroidery machine operation and maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
- Ability to read and interpret design files and production instructions
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small, intricate details
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills for embroidery machinery are desirable
