Client Care Lead – West Springs Veterinary Hospital (Urgent Care + GP)
West Springs Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Client Care Lead to join our team in a brand-new 5,000 sq. ft. facility.
We are a fast-growing clinic offering urgent care, general practice, and advanced surgical services - and we’re looking for a confident, high-energy leader to elevate our client experience and support our front-end team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the client care (reception) team
- Triage appointments, including urgent care cases, with confidence and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through their pet’s care journey
- Clearly communicate treatment plans, estimates, and next steps
- Support workflow between the medical and client care teams
- Set the tone for a positive, professional, and team-focused environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of veterinary customer service experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling of high-pressure or emotional client situations
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Experience with triaging or scheduling in a medical setting is an asset
