Role: Administrative and Admissions Support Worker
Location: Hybrid - Virtual and onsite at 109 St Paul Crescent, St Catharines, ON

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - 23.00 per hour starting wage
Core Role Responsibilities
● Assist with administrative and intake operations for Freeport Recovery and Twelve Mile Recovery
● Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation, and ordering
● Assist in track staff credentials, training, and certification expiry dates
● Maintain administrative compliance records for CARF Standards
● Answer and manage incoming client phone calls, SMS, and emails
● Track all incoming inquiries and maintain organized intake records
● Conduct intake and follow-up calls with prospective clients and family members
● Schedule and coordinate appointments, assessments, and program bookings
● Maintain accurate and confidential client records and files
● Communicate with program team to support client onboarding and scheduling
● Ensure that client communication is handled professionally, compassionately, and in alignment with the Employer’s policies and trauma-informed approach
Qualifications and Requirements
● Technological skill and ability to navigate CRM systems
● Training in trauma-informed care, suicide intervention, and non-violent crisis intervention
● Lived experience with recovery and addiction
● Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Hours of Work
● Shift based scheduling with availability needed on weekdays, weekends
● 30-minute paid on-duty break for every five hours worked
Employees may be required to work statutory holidays. Holiday pay and premium pay provided in accordance with legislation.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
