Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. is looking for a reliable Seal Coating & Crack Sealing Technician to join our field team. This position involves hands-on work maintaining and protecting asphalt surfaces on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
Experience Required:
Must have 1 year experience as a Seal Coating & Crack Sealing Technician
Qualification:

Experience with seal coating and/or crack sealing is an asset
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of manual labour
Strong attention to detail and safety
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Perform seal coating and crack sealing on asphalt surfaces
Prepare job sites, including cleaning, blowing, and masking
Operate seal coating and crack sealing equipment
Load and unload materials and equipment
Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work effectively as part of a crew in outdoor conditions
