Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to discuss design ideas, preferences, and placement of tattoos.
- Create custom tattoo designs that reflect the client's vision while showcasing your artistic style.
- Prepare the workspace by sanitizing equipment and ensuring all tools are clean and organized.
- Apply tattoos using appropriate techniques while ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to promote proper healing of their tattoos.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service during consultations and sessions.
- Upsell additional services or products related to tattoo care, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail settings, is a plus for upselling services or products.
- Familiarity with body waxing, nail care, or other beauty services can be beneficial but is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards in all aspects of your work.
