Sales Director – Automotive Finance
OCAL Financial is Canada's first AI-native automotive dealership and a publicly traded company redefining how Canadians buy and finance vehicles. We're looking for a proven Sales Director to lead and scale our in-office automotive finance sales operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build elite sales teams, drive accountability, and deliver predictable revenue growth.
This role is for real sales leaders only. If you’ve never carried targets, coached closers, or owned revenue, this is not the right position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing an in-office team of closers and sales managers
- Owning revenue targets, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Building and enforcing scripts, call structure, and sales process
- Monitoring calls, reviewing deals, and coaching daily
- Improving conversion rates, approval rates, and deal quality
- Working closely with lenders, inventory, and operations
- Creating a performance-driven sales culture

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
