Overview:
Be a part of spectacular dining at Newlands! As a Food & Beverage employee you will be part of creating memorable events for our guests. We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Banquet and Dining Servers to join our team . You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and have a passion for hospitality.
Duties:
- Serve all Food & Beverage as required
- Setting, serving and clearing tables
- Moving tables, chairs, and other equipment as required
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Work across departments/positions as required
- Follow Newlands' policies, procedures and service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
