We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Coordinator to join our team and support both financial and operational functions.
Job Opening:
We are seeking a Finance & Admin Coordinator who combines strong financial expertise with excellent administrative and operational skills. This role is key to ensuring smooth business operations, accurate financial management, and effective support across the organization.
Your mission is to manage finance-related tasks like Ontario business funding, sales commission calculations, and financial reporting, while also supporting general office administration and operational processes. You’ll work closely with our accounting and sales teams and help ensure the business runs efficiently and strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Ontario business funding applications, reporting, and compliance.
- Accurately calculate and process sales commissions for the sales team.
- Analyze financial statements, provide insights, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations teams to maintain financial and operational alignment.
- Support general office administration, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other business planning tasks.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with any other tasks necessary to help the business run efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping, and reporting.
- Experience in calculating sales commissions and handling multiple stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, numbers-sensitive, and business-minded.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with Ontario business funding programs.
- Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or packaging industries.
- Familiarity with cross-functional teamwork in finance, sales, and operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
