Career Opportunity:
This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for individuals who thrive in well-organized environments and gain energy from working with people. Pantree is seeking a dedicated Associate to support daily operations across client locations. This is a CONTRACT (Date of hire - November 30th), on-site hourly position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $22 per hour.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the Space:
Take pride in maintaining beautifully organized office kitchens, pantries, and storage areas. Ensure product freshness through regular expiration checks and stock rotations.
Create Connections:
With the support of your manager, interact with clients and teammates to provide an exceptional service experience every day.
Keep Things Running:
Perform light maintenance on equipment like coffee machines and kegerators, conduct quality control checks, and stay on top of inventory and budget-related tasks.
Speak Up + Stay Aligned:
Clearly communicate any site needs, safety concerns, or updates to your manager. Complete all pre- and post-route documentation accurately.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time and to push, pull, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds as needed on-site.
