We are currently hiring for a full-time Outdoor Maintenance Team Member for the Summer 2026 season, with employment running through September. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and thrives in a physically active environment.
Shifts are 8 hours per day, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required. For candidates interested in extending their employment beyond the summer season, there may be an opportunity to continue into the fall.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and self-sufficient individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. This role requires being outdoors and on your feet for the duration of your shift in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn maintenance using various equipment (push mowers, trimmers, power washers, etc.)
- General lawn care, including weeding and maintaining garden beds
- Campground upkeep, including: Garbage collection, Cleaning facilities, Emptying fire pits, Filling potholes, general grounds repairs, etc.
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the campground
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Punctual, reliable, and respectful
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (location is not accessible by public transit)
