What You’ll Do

Cook chicken fillets according to Poulet Rouge standards and procedures

Ensure each fillet is properly cooked, served hot, and meets quality expectations

Apply sauces accurately and maintain proper portion control

Maintain a consistent production pace to support fast and efficient service

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, especially when handling raw chicken

Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
