OK Tire Timmins is looking for an automotive mechanic to join the team! The mechanic will be responsible for maintenance and repairs on light passenger vehicles, troubleshooting and diagnosing defects, and offer top-quality performance in a safe and professional manner.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for diagnosing the source of any malfunctions and performing required repairs.
· Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service is required.
· Perform brake, safety, and PM inspections.
· Perform road tests and safety inspections.
· Keep equipment and tools properly maintained
· Maintain standards of Health and Safety and cleanliness
· Document work performed accurately and according to company policy
· Review and complete work orders.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
· Any other related tasks and duties.
Education and Qualifications
· 310S Automotive Service Technician License
· Ability to work as an effective team member
· Job can be physically demanding, must be physically fit
· Valid G license is a requirement
