Indoor Golf Team Member will be a key member of 1 Putt Virtual Golf's team and will be treated as such. Successful candidate will work closely with the Owner. We are looking for part-time candidates who are passionate for the game of golf and customer service. There will be potential of picking up more shifts than scheduled.
Must be of legal drinking age.
Requires Proserve.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a fun and safe environment for guests.
- Treat co-workers and customers with respect.
- Have an understanding of the game of golf and expert at the golf simulator systems.
- Tech-savvy is a must and will need to know how to troubleshoot technical difficulties.
- Greeting clients and guiding them to their reserved bays.
- Scheduling bookings.
- Taking phone calls and returning voicemails.
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Preparing and serving food.
- Be able to multi-task as you will be working alone most of the time.
- Keeping the business area clean and organized.
- Willing to learn and take on more responsibilities.
Part time hours: 1-2 shifts per week in the Summer and more hours in the Winter
Hourly wage: $17+ per hour based on experience plus tips.
Bonuses: Varies based on company's profitability.
Schedule: Friday and Saturday evenings.
Ability to commute to work location.
Successful candidate should have:
- Serving experience is a MUST
- Bartending experience is a MUST
- Golf or indoor golf experience is preferred
- Food service experience is preferred
- Be punctual and have a sense of responsibility
- Great customer service skills
- Outgoing personality
- Expert at using computer and willing to learn new tech
- Organized and can work under pressure
- Willing to go above and beyond for customer's satisfaction
Experience:

- Golf Industry: 1 year (not required but preferred)
