Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food industry practices is a plus
- Experience in interviewing, leadership, or restaurant management is beneficial
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or bartending is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
