As an Arbutus Room Line Cook, you play an important role in delivering an elevated dining experience through refined execution, consistency, and attention to detail. A day in the life

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Execute with precision in portioning, seasoning, and cooking techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service
- Support smooth service through strong communication and teamwork
- Assist with setup, prep, and closing procedures
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a kitchen culture built on professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What you'll bring to the team

Previous professional kitchen experience required
- Experience in upscale or refined dining environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for culinary craft and continuous learning
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
