We are looking for a reliable, motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced sports bar environment and have strong leadership skills.
Wage:
$20.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Valid Food Handler Certificate required
Must be available evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example
Strong communication and organizational skills
Main Duties Include:
Assisting with day-to-day kitchen operations
Supervising and supporting kitchen staff during shifts
Maintaining food quality and consistency
Helping with prep, line cooking, and expediting orders
Ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards are followed
Assisting with inventory and ordering when needed
