Overview
We are a licensed cannabis wholesaler specializing in premium flower, extracts, and infused products. We supply retailers, processors, and distributors across Canada with compliant, high‑quality cannabis. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, knowledgeable salesperson to help grow our national footprint.
The Cannabis Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining B2B relationships, generating new leads, presenting product offerings, and driving consistent monthly sales. This role requires strong communication skills, cannabis product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retailers, processors, and distributors
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in‑person meetings
- Present product offerings, COAs, pricing, and availability
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Asana, Google Workspace)
- Work closely with operations to coordinate orders, logistics, and compliance
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and product demand
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the brand professionally at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- Experience in cannabis sales, brokerage, or retail (preferred)
- Strong understanding of cannabis products (flower, extracts, capsules, edibles)
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
