Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, and results-driven Window & Door Sales Representative. The candidate would value being a part of a team to fulfill the company’s objectives and goals. The Sales Representative will be responsible for facilitating the sales process to our clients highlighting our premium product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Meet with homeowners/builders to assess their renovation, replacement, or new construction needs, providing tailormade product options & solutions.
- Sales Prospecting: Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and following up on company-provided leads.
- Quoting: Prepare detailed, accurate quotes using FCWD and supplier software.
- Closing Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively navigating the sales cycle.
- Project Management: Collaborate with the installation team and internal staff to ensure project accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, energy efficiency ratings, and building regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Sales experience preferably in windows, doors, or construction-related industries an asset. Candidates seeking a career in sales will be considered.
- Skills: Strong closing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. Understanding of residential construction.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read drawings, take measurements, and learn our project management software.
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
