Qualifications & Qualities
- Strong knowledge and experience with supplements, vitamins, and professional health product lines
- Degree in Nutrition, Holistic Medicine, Homeopathic Medicine, or Naturopathic Medicine preferred
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a supplement retail or natural health pharmacy setting
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, with a strong track record
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high professional standards
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must reside locally
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense vitamins and dietary supplements within the natural health dispensary
- Provide professional guidance and product recommendations to patients
- Support sales of supplements and professional product lines
- Respond to customer inquiries and health-related questions in a timely and professional manner
- Operate POS systems with strong computer proficiency
- Assist with daily operations and support the pharmacy team
- Maintain product organization, inventory levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Support promotional campaigns, health education initiatives, and community outreach events
- Remain flexible to provide coverage at the Vaughan location as required
